This class is jam packed with information and lots of food. It is a full day (about 6 hours) and very hands on – as are all other classes.
There will be talks about lighting the fire and temperatures, which are crucial to cook the food, and alternatives if you don’t have a wood fire oven.
Mid morning we will be tasting some of the mezedes we would’ve prepared and cooked over hot coals, then progress to souvlaki for lunch along with kleftiko and lemon potatoes cooked in the wood fire oven.
It will be a full day of eating, cooking, laughing, drinking and making new friends – what a better way to spend a day.
