A feast of all feasts - this will have you and your guests rolling out the door with their bellies full and sheer satisfaction. Leading up to Christmas, we have a lent period of 40 days where we fast and have a strict vegan diet, so come Christmas day, we let loose - literally. Everything that we couldn't eat for the 40 days leading to Christmas, we make on Christmas day. Lamb plays a huge part of the day - may it be on a spit, or slow cooked in a woodfired oven or indoor oven, its definitely on the menu. Lemon potatoes, Greek salad, pastitsio or mousaka, and many other dishes are made in this over indulgence feast.
In this class a number of dishes will be selected to be made with lamb and potatoes a definite must. Remainder of dishes will be advised once class numbers are all confirmed.
