Home made goodies always win hands down in freshness, taste, texture and not being overly sweet.
We will make a variety of sweets in this class and will cover some of the following: baklava (most asked for sweet), galatoboureko (custard in filo), rizogalo (rice pudding), Shamishi (Cypriot custard pillows), lokoumades and halva.
